CEDB
Clean Energy Development Board of the City of St. Louis
Finances residential and commercial energy efficient/renewable energy projects through Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs.
EEZB
Enhanced Enterprise Zone Board of the City of St. Louis
EEZB recommends tax abatement for businesses in the Enhanced Enterprise Zone to the St. Louis Board of Aldermen.
IDA
The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri
Issues tax-exempt revenue bonds to finance large-scale industrial, multi-family residential, nonprofit development projects.
LCRA
Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis
Oversees many aspects of public and private real estate development. Reviews development proposals that include requests for public assistance in the form of tax abatement or tax-exempt revenue bonds.
LRA
The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri
Manages, maintains, markets, and sells agency-owned vacant and abandoned buildings and lots. Assists with acquisitions/relocations and determines demolitions.
LDC
The St. Louis Local Development Company
Provides loans to the small business community through federal, state and local programs.
PIEA
Planned Industrial Expansion Authority of the City of St. Louis
Implements incentives for development of areas designated under Chapter 100 by the Board of Aldermen. Issues revenue bonds to assist in the financing of larger projects.
PORT AUTHORITY
City of St. Louis Port Authority
Oversees many aspects of public and private real estate development in the Port District, including Mooring Leases.
TIF
Tax Increment Financing Commission of the City of St. Louis
Oversees the establishment of TIF districts and makes recommendations to the St. Louis Board of Aldermen on projects seeking TIF.
