Clean Energy Development Board (CEDB)
Appointment also requires consent by Board of Aldermen
Must be residents of the City
Enhanced Enterprise Zone Commission (EEZ)
No specific requirements
Industrial Development Authority (IDA)
Must be resident taxpayer at least one year prior to appointment
May not be officer or employee of municipality
Appointment also requires consent by Board of Aldermen
Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA)
Must be taxpayer
Must be resident of the City for five years
Planned Industrial Expansion Authority (PIEA)
Must be resident of the City for five years
Must be taxpayer
Shall serve as representative of the community as a whole and shall be appointed regardless of race, creed, national origin or political affiliation
Tax Increment Financing Commission (TIF)
Appointment also requires consent by Board of Aldermen
One appointee must have a degree in finance
One appointee must have a degree in law
One appointee must have a license or experience in real estate
Not permitted to serve on any other public board or commission of the City of St. Louis
