SLDC is invested in neighborhood planning and community-driven implementation throughout the City of St. Louis. We have deployed staff to support neighborhood planning processes and aligned financial resources and partnerships for implementation of community-driven plans.
Neighborhood Managers
The Neighborhood Managers Team provides direct support and coordination between SLDC, neighborhood organizations and residents.
Project Connect
Project Connect ties together public and private sector redevelopment efforts in six North St. Louis neighborhoods: St. Louis Place, Old North St. Louis, JeffVanderLou, Carr Square, Columbus Square and Hyde Park.
SLDC is a proud partner with Great Rivers Greenway to deliver on the community’s vision for a vibrant region connected with greenway trails. There are 20+ greenway projects going throughout the 120 towns, all in various stages of planning, design and construction throughout St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County.
