Technical Tuesday Workshop for Residential Contractors and Small-Scale Commercial Construction Contractors

The SLDC Compliance Department is providing a hands-on technical workshop on how to land new construction projects for residential and/or small businesses in the City of St. Louis.

Tuesday, April 2, 2024
Two Workshop Time Options: 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

This workshop will review:

• What proper documentation you will need to do work in the City of St. Louis

• MBE or WBE Certification

• New opportunities for building capacity for your company

You will need to bring a copy of your company's:

• Capacity Statement, a document that shows what your business is able to do and deliver. Think of it as a resume for your business.

• Business License

• A completed list of projects

• A statement of cost of your smallest and largest projects

We will meet and collect documentation for consideration for new construction opportunities on the northside of St. Louis City.
