What is Section 3?

Section 3 certification allows your business to qualify for HUD-funded contracting opportunities in low-income communities. If you’re a resident of a Section 3 community or employ people in those communities, you may qualify.

This activity is funded (in part) by a HUD Community Development Block Grant via the St. Louis Community Development Administration and is coordinated by Employment Connection.
