Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs Are Invited to a Meet & Greet and Listening Session with the City of St. Louis’ Special Committee on Reducing Red Tape at SLDC’s Northside Economic Empowerment Center (NEEC)

SLDC, in partnership with the City’s Special Committee on Reducing Red Tape is hosting a joint discussion on streamlining processes and cutting through bureaucratic hurdles in the business community.

4 - 5 p.m.: Meet & Greet Business Resource Partners

5 – 6:30 p.m.: Listening Session and Public Comment Opportunity

6:30 – 7 p.m.: Networking Session

Street parking is available on Cottage Ave. Northeast of the facility – follow the signs to enter the building at the Sumner High School Annex

About the Special Committee:

The purpose of this committee is to review updating and streamlining permitting, licensing, and inspection requirements at the City of St. Louis. The committee will work to identify strategies to protect the investments of business owners and entrepreneurs; to reduce unnecessary laws and regulations that might be a barrier to the growth of the local economy; to recommend other actions or policies that could improve and strengthen the City.
