The Saint Louis Mental Health Board (MHB) is excited to announce a grant opportunity for out-of-school time service providers beginning October 1, 2024. MHB will provide funding to providers addressing the social/emotional development of children, youth and their families through high quality prevention and youth development programs during out-of-school time. MHB wants to ensure these critical services remain available and accessible to children living in the City of St. Louis. The Out-of-School Time Fund will allocate approximately $297,000 to support approximately four out-of-school time programs.
In partnership with MHB, St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is hosting a meeting for CDCs, non-profits and grant writers to learn more about this funding opportunity.
Denise Carter, MHB Children’s Services Project Director will be available to meet with interested applicants who attend the meeting and answer questions about this opportunity prior to the deadline for questions on August 8, 2024 at 5 p.m. The deadline for the application is Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 5 p.m.
