In preparation for the 2024 launch of the HomeSTL Down Payment Assistance Program, SLDC is partnering with the Office of Financial Empowerment (OFE) and the Neighborhood Stabilization Division (NSD) to host in-person homebuyer readiness education sessions throughout the first quarter of 2024.
