The Cass Avenue Improvements Project extends from Tucker Blvd. to Grand Blvd. where it will connect with Great Rivers Greenway's Brickline project. Improvements include new paving, sidewalks, traffic signals, street trees, furniture, traffic calming measures, "smart city" technologies, and a bicycle facility.
